Dr. Raj Behal is a member of the Anchor Health Advisory Board.
A world renowned expert in quality, value-based care, data science and behavioral health, Dr. Behal is currently Chief Quality Officer at One Medical. He previously served as the Chief Quality Officer at Stanford Health Care and the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Rush.
Dr. Behal holds an MPH from Harvard, completed his Fellowship in Health Informatics at M.I.T., and obtained his M.D. from Rush.
Aleah Caulin is a member of the Anchor Health Advisory Board.
Aleah has a deep understanding of genomics and a passion for helping individuals find and receive their best treatment options. Aleah is currently Program Director of Preclinical Studies at PEEL Therapeutics and previously led product development at Driver.
Aleah received her Ph.D. in Genomics and Computational Biology from the University of Pennsyylvania and her B.S. in Biology and Computer Science from Boston College
Beth Frensilli is a member of the Anchor Health Advisory Board.
Recognized among the Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times, Beth’s distinguished career over 20 years has spanned early stage to public company operations across IPOs, M&A, partnerships and compliance. Most recently, she served as General Counsel for One Medical. Previously, she was General Counsel at Ericsson Silicon Valley, Redback Networks, Commerce One and Scient.
Beth received her J.D. from George Washington University.
John Jackson is a member of the Anchor Health Advisory Board.
An expert in partnerships with employers and health systems, John is currently Vice President of Strategic Relationships for One Medical. Previously, John was Executive Director, Corporate Health Programs at Stanford Health Care, Managing Director of CareCounsel, President and CEO of CallConnect Communications, and CEO of 1-800-Doctors.com.
John obtained his Master's in Aquaculture from Auburn University and holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from U.C. San Diego.
Dr. Justin Ko is a member of the Anchor Health Advisory Board.
Dr. Ko has a passion for early cancer detection and leverages advances in telemedicine, artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance access, quality and value of dermatologic care. Prior to medical school, Dr. Ko was an investment banker at JP Morgan.
Dr. Ko was Chief Resident at Harvard Medical School, earned a joint MBA/MD at Tufts University, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University.

Bill Simmons is Co-Founder and CTO of dataxu, three times named a leading demand side platform for digital advertising by Forrester. Previously Bill held engineering leadership roles at Northrop Grumman Aerospace and Lackheed Martin Astronautics.
Bill earned his PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, Master's degrees from Princeton University and the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor's from the University of New Hampshire.
